Blooming Desserts is a passion project created and run by Cassandra Nieborski. Her love for baking began from a young age where she would help her mum in the kitchen, begging to lick the leftover meringue from the beaters or the bowl clean of brownie batter. Each of her desserts is created with love and passion and she hopes you all love her creations as much as she loves making them for you.
