The macarons were simply stunning - each one a little work of art with its delicate, pastel-coloured shell and perfect raspberry filling. There were some incredible cookies, personalised for the special occasion that were as delicious as they looked, and my friend (who was celebrating) was absolutely delighted with the obvious effort that been put in to these. But the real show-stopper for me were the cupcakes. Not only were they beautifully decorated with intricate piping and colourful flowers, but the flavours and texture were just wonderful.
